An all day instructor led climbing experience

Experience the thrill of climbing in a safe and supervised environment with lots of room for learning and having fun. The day begins with in depth instruction on knot tying, climbing and rappelling technique. After practicing with an instructor, and earning the approval to climb independently, each Scout will get to test his new skills on over 50 climbing routes. During the course of the day, each Scout will have the opportunity to complete all the requirements for the Climbing Merit Badge.

ELEGIBILITY:  Registered Boy Scouts who will turn 13 years of age by December 31, 2013 - NO EXCEPTIONS

PREREQUISITE:  Scoutmaster note that Climbing MB requirements #1 and #2 (First Aid requirements) have been completed prior to this class.

COST: $45 per Scout, payable in full at the time of registration. Fee includes the Climbing MB book  and all supplies.
