Venturing Leader Specific Training

WHO - This event is for adults interested in Leadership training.

WHAT -  This training will cover the basics of adviser-ship (what is a Venturing Crew, recruiting youth, program, awards and recognition, service responsibilities, fundraising and how to sustain the crew).  This training is for new Venturing Advisers and Associate Advisers as well as Commissioners who work with Venturing Crews.

              Time permitting we will also look at an Introduction to Outdoor Ethics/Leave No Trace concepts.

WHY -  This training is for new Venturing Advisers and Associate Advisers as well as Commissioners who work with Venturing Crews.
