Tom Hutton is a Publoic Health Preparedness and Emergency Management professional.  He has worked in State Government and had a 21 year career as a Medical Service Corps officer in the U.S. Army.  Tom is an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 1 (Islington, MA) of the Spirit of Adventure Council.

Bob Wells has 28 years experience in healthcare financing and health systems with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of RI. He is an Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 76 Providence and earned Eagle Scout with Troop 1 Wayland, MA.
