Prerequisites:
| Prepare to make presentations for requirements 2a or 2b, 3 and 4. Scouts are to provide a letter of completion from SM for requirements 5,6,7 (any), and 8. Requirements not completed during or before the course will earn a partial on the blue card. |

Kevin is a former Scoutamster from Troop 25 Attleboro. He has taught the Communications Merit Badge for a number of years. He has worked for over 24 years within the Massachusetts Division of Insurance where he coordinates presentations and the development of communication materials to help consumers make more informed choices about insurance benefits. |
