Scott Winkler Scott Winkler has been a registered Architect for almost 20 years and currenlty works in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He specialized in the restoration of existing and historic buildings. His work regularly includes site planning and coordination of landscape design. He is a former Cub Scout and currently serves as the Committee Chair of Pack 33 and Troop 15 in Attleboro.
