Wayne Carbone is a Ventilation Senior Designer Senior Specialist at Electric Boat with over 23 years’ experience. He is a member of the MDA-UAW (Marine Draftsman Association/United Auto Workers) Local 571. He is a Level 3 AutoCAD Tutor, AutoCAD Administrator and one of two AutoCAD instructors. Mr. Carbone is a United States Naval Veteran serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a Webelos Scout and later joined the Civil Air Patrol attaining the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer. |

He is an 11 year Army Veteran and was a BSA Unit Commissioner in the late 90’s and achieved the rank of “Star” as a youth |
