2020 American Cultures Merit Badge 

WHO - Scouts BSA members 

WHAT - Earn your American Cultures merit badge at the Museum of Work & Culture as we explore the story of the immigrants who came to find work in Woonsocket's mills at the turn-of-the-century. Scouts will tour the Museum, speak to a native French Canadian about her culture, examine the suitcases of immigrants to compare their cultures and faith, and learn about important & diverse figures from the Blackstone Valley with a National Park Ranger. Scouts should come prepared to discuss the customs of their own heritage.

Parking available in the museum parking lot.
